HAYES & Yeading thrashed Ashford Town 7-1 as Scott Bridges bagged a hat-trick for the home side.
It took Hayes 40 minutes to break the deadlockas Bridges scored his first from the penalty spot. Drama surfaced a minute later when the Ashford goalkeeper Brannon Daly was sent off for allegedly kicking the ball at a Hayes player, which caused an altercation.
The home side quickly took advantage as Bridges got his second on the stroke of half-time, before the floodgates opened in the second-half.
