YORKSHIRE AMATEUR top the pile after second half goals from Ashley Flynn and T’Nique Fishley scooped a 2-0 win over Liversedge. Knaresborough Town kept pace despite a frantic finish with a 4-2 success over Hall Road Rangers.
Paul Beesley and Brad Walker had seemingly put Town in a comfortable position, but Josh Vickers halved the deficit 20 minutes from the end.
Ben Cohen got credited with Knaresborough’s third, with there being question marks over whether it was an own goal, but Rangers were not done and Dan Nichols set up a nervy finish a minute from time.
