CHALFONT ST Peter struck late to earn a point.
The game’s opening saw Chalfont keen to play but Cheshunt mixed their options and found some joy with the longer ball flicked on.
Bradley Wood Garness slotted a penalty into the corner after being bought down by keeper Carl Dennison.
But Hussain Jaffa kept the away team in the match with some timely tackles. Chalfont upped it in the second half and their leveller proved inevitable.
