NO DREAM START FOR HILL BUT A VITAL POINT

GARRY HILL picked up a precious point on the road in his first league game in charge of Ebbsfleet United, while Boreham Wood recovered from their disappointing cup defeat to Southport.
Hill’s new side finished with a flourish at Meadow Park, but neither Reise Allassani, Corey Whitely or Dave Winfield could find a way past Wood goalkeeper Ryan Huddart.
“Chances don’t win games, goals win games and we haven’t taken ours,” Hill said.
“I am pleased with the hard work and the commitment and what every one has put into the performance.
