GOSPORT won their first game in five outings as they saw off promotion chasers Hendon iat Privett Park.
The first goal went to Hendon’s Shaquille Hippolyteatrick, who put the ball in the back of the net against the run of play.
The excitement did not stop as a wonderful cross was launched into Gosport player-manager Craig McAllister only to curl low past Danny Boness to cancel out the Greens’ earlier advantage.
Before half-time, Borough piled on the pressure, creating three clear-cut chances.
