TWO FIRST half goals from Isaac Galliford paved the way for three vital points for visiting Hitchin Town.
They were helped on the day by a below par home display, with defensive errors punished by Galliford.
Rushall opened brightly with Brian Smikle firing at Michael Johnson and a cross from Edwin Ahenkorah and then on 16 minutes a long ball from Orrin Pendley picked out leading goalscorer Danny Waldron who cut inside but saw his effort saved by Johnson.
