JAMIE REID has set his sights on playing in the Football League – with boyhood club Torquay United.
The 24-year-old has scored 15 goals so far this season to help Gary Johnson’s Gulls soar to the top of National League South table in their first ever season in the sixth tier of English football. It’s the kind of form that has attracted a number of Football League scouts to Plainmoor but Reid insists his ambitions lie, for now, with taking Torquay back to where he feels they belong.
