CORINTHIAN Casuals avenged an earlyseason 6-1 trouncing with two late goals as Enfield Town’s playoff hopes suffered another blow.
Both goals came after an injury to referee Jeffrey Aldous who had to be helped off with eight minutes remaining, causing a 15-minute stoppage and some choice jibes from the home fans.
He was replaced by one of his assistants and the joke was soon on Enfield. No sooner had the match re-started than the visitors took the lead, Gabriel Odunaike getting the final touch in a goalmouth scramble following a corner.
