CHESTER survived a couple of early scares to get back into the winning habit after a five-match winless run and could have prevailed by a greater margin.
The visitors were unlucky in the fourth minute when Gavin Allott cut inside from the left, his 15-yard effort rattling the post before going to safety.
Boston appealed for a penalty a minute later, when Jay Rollins tumbled in the area, however referee Mr Corlett booked the player for a dive.
