WALTON Casuals eased their relegation fears with a well-fought victory over mid-table Farnborough at the Waterside Stadium.
The Stags came into the game on a poor run of form, having slipped to defeat in four of their last six leagues games, and Anthony Gale’s side began the match looking like a team devoid of confidence.
Farnborough had the best of the opening exchanges and broke the deadlock with just 15 minutes on the clock as Reggie Young took his chance brilliantly in the box to divert an effort past the outstretched Denzel Gerrar.
