FC UNITED boosted their survival chances by winning in comprehensive fashion against the out-of-sorts Bucks.
Gavin Cowan’s team had the majority of the early possession, but were unable to fashion any clear scoring opportunities and it was to prove costly.
On 35 minutes, the Red Rebels’ Jack Banister tricked his way into the penalty area and found Kurt Willoughby, who let his low, left-wing cross run to debutant Dominic McHale and he made no mistake with a crisp, low finish past Telford keeper Joe Bursik from close range.
