TORQUAY UNITED are the new leaders of the National League South, taking a huge stride towards the title after overcoming the Beach Boys by the narrowest of margins at a bitterly cold Aspect Arena.
This entertaining game saw an abundance of quality from the off, with the visitors coming closest during a nip and tuck first half when Jamie Reid ghosted into a central position before forcing Rangers keeper Sam Beasant into a low, diving save to his left.
