SHEFFIELD’S eight match home winning run came to an end on Saturday, as local rivals Frickley Athletic won at a sunny Dronfield.
The visitors took the lead in the 28th minute, as Karl Byrne and Tyler Walton combined to put Jacob Hazel clear on goal. And the striker held his nerve and kept his cool, taking aim to beat home keeper Jonathan Hedge.
Sheffield levelled just after the hour, as Ashley Grayson managed to pull a cross into the middle. And the waiting Marc Newsham made no mistake with his shot.
