PLAY-OFF chasing Cheshuntwere held to a 1-1 draw by Uxbridge in the Isthmian League South Central Division. Cheshunt’s Shane Cojocarel scored in the 29th minute when he stabbed home after a defensive mix-up.
Uxbridge goalkeeper Paul McCarthy performed a double save just before half-time to keep the score at 1-0. Charlie Malin equalised for Uxbridge in the 68th minute and while both sides had chances to steal all the three points, neither was able to capitalise, leaving Cheshunt third in the table while Uxbridge are 15th.
