TOOTING & Mitcham missed a step in the race for the playoffs as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Chalfont St Peter.
A four-point gap has now stretched to six as Westfield held their nerve for a 3-0 victory over Waltham Abbey to solidify their playoff spot.
The Terrors, relegated from the Premier Division last term, started sluggishly and went behind midway in the first half when Adam Kirby rose highest at a corner and his header slipped in off the underside of the bar.
