CRAY had already secured the title before they arrived on the south-coast and could have been forgiven for allowing themselves a relaxing afternoon.
But that has not been the style of the FA Vase finalists’ season, which has seen Wanderers lose just four times, scoring more goals than anyone else and conceding the least too.
On a grey blustery afternoon they emerged comfortable winners again versus a Hythe outfit who finish the season in seventh place.
