MOVING ON UP: Serhat Tasdemir has left AFC Fylde for Peterborough

CHAIRMAN David Haythornthwaite says AFC Fylde couldn’t stand in Serhat Tasdemir’s way of achieving his Football League dream.
The Coasters star has landed a three-year deal with League One side Peterborough United while the National League side have banked a substantial sixfigure fee plus future add-ons.
Fylde have benefitted significantly from holding on to sought-after striker Danny Rowe, but Haythornthwaite admitted he had to let Tasdemir go.
