PETER Taylor hailed a complete centre-forward’s performance from Joe Quigley as Dagenham & Redbridge made it seven games unbeaten with a convincing win over Hartlepool.
Quigley scored twice with Angelo Balanta also on the scoresheet as the Daggers won 3-1 to go fifth in the National League standings, ending Pools’ five-game unbeaten run.
Dagger’s boss Taylor claimed goals are great, but that Quigley had given him so much more, bullying the visitors’ centre- backs throughout.
