A STUNNING strike from Liam Goulding brightened up an otherwise dull encounter as the hosts edged past Gainsborough Trinity.
It was a strike worthy of winning any game as the defender fired an unstoppable effort from 25 yards to maintain Albion’s 100 per cent home record as they move into eighth position in the table.
The opening 45 minutes saw little in the way of goalmouth action, a scrappy affair with Trinity have the best of the few chances.
