JARROW forward Glen Hargrave has gone above and beyond to help his side to a remarkable pair of results this week. The Northern League Division Two club made the trip to Cumbria to face Carlisle City without a recognised goalkeeper in their squad.
With regular stoppers Jak Wells and Mark English unavailable for the trip along the A69, Hargrave donned the gloves and made several saves as his side claimed a 2-1 win at Gillford Park – including one to keep out an eleventh-minute penalty from Kyle Armstrong.
