STAFFORD Rangers moved off the bottom of the table with a deserved point at Morpeth Town.
Rangers remain winless so far this season but it was at least a solid point against the north-east side.
The visitors hit the front in the 10th minute when Joseph Berks sauntered forward before drilling a low drive in off the far post.
Alex Harvey could have doubled the advantage but for an outstanding Dan Lowson save, the Morpeth stopper diving full stretch to push an effort away from the top corner.
