A STRONG, professional performance from Gosport Borough saw them home against Met Police.
The game started with a couple of chances from crossing positions for Borough but with no team outplaying the other, until the 13th minute when the Gosport defence fell asleep and Met Police found their No10 Luke Robinson through on goal and he slotted past Patrick O’Flaherty.
The goal acted as a wake-up call for Gosport and they started to play with the ball on the ground and create more chances, but the Police held onto their lead until the interval.
