MARINE ran riot at the MTA on Saturday afternoon, capitalising on a red card to Mossley captain Andy Keogh early in the second half.
Craig Lindfield opened the scoring with a wonder strike on the stroke of halftime, before doubling his side’s lead from the penalty spot in the 58th minute after Keogh had handled the ball to prevent a certain goal.
James Barrigan snatched his side’s third just six minutes later, and Salford City loanee Daniel Hawkins inflicted further misery on Mossley just four minutes after that on 68 minutes.
