CLEETHORPES were unlucky to come away from this encounter with only one point having dominated throughout.
They had the ball in the net after four minutes through Scott Vernon only to be flagged offside.
The Owls took the lead when a clearance was charged down by Vernon who took his time before firing home.
Cleethorpes had chances to extend their lead, including a Curtis Bateson free-kick that went narrowly wide while Lewis Collins hit the post at the start of the second half. Chasetown drew level against the run of play.
