THE Whites came through a diffi cult game with a win over Kings Langley, who had proved to be a nemesis side in last season’s league encounters.
Salisbury had to survive for 24 minutes having gone down to ten men following the dismissal of Bay Downing for a second yellow card.
Home goalkeeper Gerard Benfi eld pulled off two good early saves when Michael Weiss and Roderick Collins had chances, but it was Salisbury who took the lead on 27 minute with a firm Toby Holmes fi nish after a great Shaquille Hippolyte-Patrick run to the byline.
