CHRIS SMITH propelled Horsham back to the top of the table as the Hornets buzzed past the Bowers challenge with the help of the striker’s hat-trick.
Horsham, inspired by a stellar show from Jack Brivio, led on 12 minutes in unusual circumstances.
A speculative shot from Kieran Pamment was heading straight for Bowers keeper Callum Counter who parried the ball away.
