PONTEFRACT Collieries continued their charge for promotion after picking up an entertaining win at Kendal Town.
Pontefract made the better start and were 1-0 up after four minutes when Joe Lumsden toe poked the ball into the net from close range.
Kendal equalised 11 minutes later through Emile Jaaskelainen, but the visitors regained the lead after Connor Smythe scored before Lumsden capitulated on a mistake with Pontefract 3-1 up at half time.
