DUANE DARBY has promised long-suffering Redditch United fans a team to be proud of.
The 46-year-old amassed more than 400 senior appearances, scoring over 100 goals for a number of clubs including Hull City, Shrewsbury Town, Doncaster Rovers and Notts County.
Now he is charged with rescuing the Reds, who parted company with boss Ian King this week with the club rooted second bottom of BetVictor Southern Premier Central.
