JAMIE Milligan enjoyed a fantastic start as Bamber Bridge boss as they triumphed at Whitby Town. Played in swirling winds on a cold December afternoon, it always felt one error would decide it and so it proved. Danny Rowe was unlucky to lose his footing and allow Adam Summer’s driven ball from the left to be turned into the roof of the Whitby net by Chris Marlow two minutes before half-time.
