LEWES’S poor run of form in 2020 continued as play-off chasing East Thurrock United cruised to victory at the Dripping Pan.
It was a closely contested affair, however, until the closing stages, when the visitors pulled away with two late, closerange strikes.
The Rocks took the lead in the 15th minute when Kai Brown broke swiftly down the left and his low cross was bundled in from close range by Frankie Merrifield.
