LUKE GARRARD reckons he’s signed the best target man in the National League – and indeed League Two – as he looks to fire Boreham Wood to their promotion dream.
Garrard has landed something of a coup after swooping to sign former Lincoln City favourite Matt Rhead on a deal until the end of the season.
The 35-year-old was a free agent after leaving Billericay Town in October and has been linked in recent weeks to the likes of Bradford City, Chester and Kettering Town.
