CHESTER left-back Joel Taylor appears set to step up into the Football League with new-boys Harrogate Town.
The former Stoke and Kidderminster defender, 24, shone for the Blues in National League North this season, helping them to the play-offs. And that has attracted the attention of Town, who are keen to sign Taylor in a deal that’s believed to be worth up to £50,000.
