HUNGERFORD’S unbeaten pre-season ended as Salisbury snatched a late victory at Bulpit Lane.
Salisbury took the lead two minutes into the game. Lewis Benson’s corner was touched in by Marvin Brooks at the back post.
Kensley Maloney nearly equalised on the half hour mark with a thumping effort that smashed the top of the crossbar. It was only four minutes later until the Crusaders did equalise, Ryan Seager slotting into the far corner.
The first chances of the second half fell to the hosts.
