MARGATE have bolstered their ranks by signing goalkeeper Bailey Vose from Colchester United and forward Connor Evans. Evans impressed for the Gate in their 3-2 win over rivals Ramsgate, scoring a brace to make the transition from trialist to first team member.
Jay Saunders will be delighted to add former Dartford shot-stopper Vose, 22, as the Isthmian Premier side look to shore up at the back.
Last season, the Kent club conceded more than anyone else in the top 12. After leaving Princes Park, the keeper played for Colchester United last year before being released.
