AFC SUDBURY earned a hard-earned draw away at Basildon, thanks to second- half goals from Daniele Collinge and Marley Andrews at Gardiners Close.
The home side took the lead through Tyrone Baker, who lashed home an unstoppable shot into the top corner in the 12th minute. Sonny Dutton doubled the home side’s lead a minute before the break from the penalty spot.
Sudbury were the better side in the first period and their patience was rewarded after the break. Debutant Collinge got his side back into it with a goal on his debut.
