EBBSFLEET gained revenge for Chippenham’s FA cup victory in Kent earlier this season with a come-from-behind win thanks to Jake Goodman’s second-half double strike.
The visitors spurned two early chances through Lee Martin and Rakish Bingham.
And the hosts opened the scoring on 12 minutes when Ross Stearn’s free-kick fell to Brad Ash who touched the ball past Fleet keeper Tom Hadler.
Seven minutes later Hadler made what proved a crucial save as he superbly denied Ash from pointblank range.
