BOTH sides deserved a point in a tightly contested game of few chances.
Chester returned to action after a three-week break while Kevin Wilkin’s Saints looked to bounce back from the midweek defeat against Kidderminster Harriers.
Tre Mitford’s first time effort needed a sharp save from Blues’ keeper Louis Gray in Brackley’s best effort of the first half.
