In the NPL Step 4, all but two of their 20 Division One South East clubs are in Tier 3, while 10 of 19 are under the more stringent restrictions in the North West Division.
The Southern League Premier Central Division is split evenly with 11 in Tier 2 and 11 in Tier 3, while their Premier South Division has just three clubs in Tier 3 and one, Truro City, in Tier 1. But their Division One Central clubs are hit hard, with 17 of 20 in Tier 3 – the exact reverse of Southern Division One South.
