■ CHIPSTEAD left it late to progress with three late goals against Faversham.
After absorbing early pressure from the visitors, with Michael Olarewaju dominant at the back and keeper Matt Kerbey dominating his box, they gradually played their way into the game.
The introduction of subs Armani-Jordan Martin and Andy Somo injected extra impetus into the home attack, but it was six minutes from time before they opened the scoring, captain Chris Boulter heading home home after good work on the right by Karn Miller-Neave and Ollie Allen.
