FA Uphold Ryman Ruling On Harlow Town

The Ryman League imposed a ten-point penalty after the Hawks failed to make repayments under their Company Voluntary Arrangement and had extended the term of their CVA.

Harlow appealed this decision but the FA’s Appeal Board ruled that the Ryman League’s punishment should stand and also ordered the club to pay costs of £150.

The points deduction leaves the Hawks 19th in Ryman Division One North, five points above bottom side .
