SHOTT IN THE ARM

HANLEY Town have landed a transfer coup after completing the signing of former Stoke City defender Ryan Shotton.
The 32-year-old links up with his former Stoke and Barnsley teammate Carl Dickinson at the Midland League Premier Division club, in Dickinson’s first season in management.
Classy centre-back Shotton played 48 times in the Premier League for the Potters under Tony Pulis before going on to enjoy spells at Derby County, Birmingham City and Middlesbrough.
