■ IN a game that had everything, Clitheroe rued missed chances as Runcorn grew into the game and took all three points.
It was all Clitheroe early doors and Ross Dent diverted a Richie Baker shot to take the lead for the hosts.
Runcorn weathered the storm and after 24 minutes, Dapo Olarewaju took advantage of defensive hesitancy and equalised.
Olarewaju was then bundled over in the box, but Chris Thompson saved to keep the scores level.
