LEAMINGTON were ultimately in no mood to become the third Warwickshire FA Cup scalp of Stone Old Alleynians.
And they squeezed past their plucky visitors with two second half goals.
Brakes could scarcely have made a better start, leading within a minute, when Alleynians old boy Dan Turner calmly slotted Jack Edwards’ pass low past Adam Alcock.
But this did not signal an avalanche of goals.
