REDBRIDGE eased past Thurlow Nunn Premier Hadleigh at the Oakside Stadium.
In a scrappy first half filled with niggly fouls and stoppages, Hadleigh looked the stronger side, with Sam Sharp shooting wide after ten minutes. Jake Eady then had a shot blocked a couple of minutes later for the visitors.
The rest of the half was a stop-start affair with both teams guilty of sloppy play, not aided by the referee who at times seemed overzealous.
Eady was booked after 27 minutes for a lunge which left Timothy Ogunrinde on the floor needing treatment. In ...
