■ WORKINGTON went second in the league with a convincing win at Colne, despite being down to ten men for the last 35 minutes.
The visitors took the lead after 24 minutes when Bradley Hubbold hit a post and Connor Tinnion scored in the rebound.
Eleven minutes later Dave Symington caught Colne napping when he found the unmarked Tinnion from a corner and the Reds skipper fired a shot inside the near post to double Workington’s lead.
