IN-FORM Weston improved their league position with a narrow win at Hartley Wintney thanks to a brace of goals from full-back Scott Laird.
After a incident-free first half, the match finally came to life in the second period.
After 49 minutes, Hartley had a chance following a run from Reece Wylie. The ball was fed to Josh Webb who shot wide. Weston went ahead after 54 minutes following some secondary play after a right-wing corner.
Jordan Bastin found Laird and the full back curled in an accurate shot from 20 yards.
