AFC RUSHDEN & DIA- MONDS’ run of three straight victories was ended by a clinical Stratford Town side on a rainy afternoon in Northamptonshire.
Chances were few and far between in the opening period, with a number of away set-pieces and long throw-ins causing danger including one that led to Ashley Sammons volleying narrowly wide for the visitors.
