SUBSTITUTE Lucas Sinclair’s 65th-minute strike was enough for the home side as Beaconsfield Town completed the league double over Kings Langley in a hard fought encounter at Holloways Park.
Gary Meakin’s team enjoyed the better of the first half but Nathan Minhas and Olly McCoy failed to capitalise on good chances with Jack Smith saving well from Minhas when the striker was played in by Dan Bradshaw.
Kings Langley opened and closed the second half with their best chances but failed to trouble the scoresheet.
