A REMARKABLE goal by keeper Kyle Trenerry in the 11th minute set Farsley Celtic on their way to a rare away win at Curzon Ashton.
Trenerry received a backpass and launched a huge clearance that bounced over opposite number Chris Renshaw. Dave Syers doubled the advantage in the first half after Renshaw missed Chris Atkinson’s cross and the midfielder headed home at the back post.
On 23 minutes it was almost 3-0 when Luke Parkin struck the bar from 25 yards.
