GAINSBOROUGH Trinity and Nantwich Town played out a tame goalless draw, where both goalkeepers were rarely troubled.
Trinity started the game brightly, with Jovon Makama causing one or two problems, while both Jamie Morgan and Troy Bourne finding their way into the referee’s notebook early on. But despite a much-improved Dabbers side, in recent weeks, without the injured Daniel Cockerline as their focal point, they struggled to impose themselves on the game.
